Depression; Your Personal Message
4 Tools. 4 Weeks
I decided to see my recurring depression as a message. But, I needed help with the interpretation of that message. After reflecting on my own depression and then researching the experiences of others, I noticed four behaviours or traits we all had in common. I applied four specific coaching tools to these four specific traits and created an easy-to-do workbook as a way of discovering depression’s message.
This Workbook is for you ifYour thinking has you trapped. You believe nothing will make a difference. Everyday feels hopeless. Advice and pep talks from others is painful. You are not alone. I’ve been there. Many people are where you are, right now.
This workbook contains
four easy-to-do, precise daily exercises for one month to navigate your depression.
